The Kiwi club threw an end of the year party on 13 December. Julia, George, Sean and I all attended. It was nice. We all brought a gift, and passed them around the table while singing a mixture of Jingle Bells and Jingle Bell Rock (we were suppose to sing Jingle Bells, but Julia and I accidentally started with Jingle Bell Rock and everyone but Sean and George followed our lead. Instead, they actually sang Jingle Bells). When the song finished, whatever present we had in our hands was our gift for the evening.
After dinner, we went to Kira-san's apartment for tea and some snacks. It was just a nice evening of talking and enjoying each other's company.
